Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of undercoveroven.com and anything you order from or sign up for with Undercover Oven("Undercover Oven", "we", "us"), a small pizza operation based in Maricopa, Arizona. By using the site, placing an order, or activating an agent coin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Orders and pickup
- We cook in small batches on set dates. Orders are for pickup only, in the time slot you choose. There are no walk-ins.
- Menu items, prices and availability can change, and some items sell out. An order is confirmed only once we confirm it.
- Pickup details are shared shortly before your slot. Please arrive within your window. If you can't make it, let us know as early as you can.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we run out or can't cook that day. If you've already paid for an order we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
2. Payment
You pay the price shown when you order, either at pickup or online if we offer it. Online payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. Refunds for problems with an order are at our discretion. Tell us within 24 hours of pickup and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
3. Food, allergies and safety
- Our food is made in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens, including wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts and others. We can't guarantee any item is free of an allergen.
- If you have a food allergy or dietary need, ask before you order. You're responsible for deciding whether a dish is safe for you and anyone you share it with.
- Eat or refrigerate your order promptly after pickup. We're not responsible for food that is stored or handled improperly after it leaves our hands.
4. Agent coins and the agent program
- Agent coins and their printed clearance codes are for the person they were given to. Each code can be used to activate one coin, once.
- Your codename, favorite pizza, badge number, family, clearance level and stats may be shown publicly, for example on your agent page and on the Most Wanted list. Your real name, phone and email are never shown publicly.
- Pick a codename that isn't offensive, hateful, or impersonating someone. We can change or remove codenames and suspend agents who break these terms.
- Perks, levels, families and rewards are for fun. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and we may change or end the program at any time.
- Repeated wrong codes temporarily lock a coin. Lost or damaged coins and cards may not be replaceable.
5. Text messages
If you opt in to texts, Undercover Oven will send messages about your orders and pickups, upcoming cook dates, menu drops and agent-program news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
6. Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no trying to guess other people's codes, scraping, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text, artwork, characters and the Undercover Oven name and logo belong to us, so please don't copy them without permission. The front-company jokes on the site are parody; no construction, concrete or "disposal" services are actually offered.
7. No warranties and limits on liability
The site and program are provided "as is". We work to keep things accurate and running, but we don't promise the site will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
10. Contact
